How to Flag
- To flag an item, use the Report this item to Happinesz Shop link on any item listing page.
- To flag a shop, use the Report this shop to Happinesz Shop link on any shop homepage.
- As a shop owner, to flag a review, find the review and click Report this review.
- The ability to flag a review expires 60 days after the review was left or edited. Learn more.
Flagging and Privacy
Flagging is a confidential process. The reported member will not know who flagged them.
Additionally, Happinesz Shop’s investigation will be handled privately. You will not receive a personal response to your flagging message.
Happinesz Shop’s Role
In some cases, Happinesz Shop’s investigation will reveal that the item, shop, or review is in fact in compliance with Happinesz Shop’s policies. In cases like these, no action will be taken.
In other cases, Happinesz Shop will work with a member privately to remedy any issues raised by flagging.
Intellectual Property Matters
Flagging helps us maintain accuracy and transparency in the marketplace. However, it should not be used for intellectual property matters.
